Dear Birth Parent,
Our names are Ashley and Jordan and we are so grateful that you have taken the time to get to know us. You truly are a hero in making this courageous decision. We cannot wait to enjoy our favorites with your child. Some of our favorite things to do are traveling, enjoying time with family and friends, snuggling, and playing with our goldendoodles (Benjamin and Franklin), playing board games, going on family trips, and attending baseball and football games. Jordan has a great love for baseball and golfing and Ashley loves running half marathons and weightlifting.
We have been hoping to conceive a child for almost seven years now, and God had other plans. His plan was to bring you and your child into our lives so you both can change our lives forever. What a blessing that you have considered us to be a part of your life's journey. Life, in itself, is a blessing that hits us with many twists and turns along the way and every decision changes our life's path.
We recognize this decision in your individual life's path. We admire your courageousness, and our hope is that you choose us to be a part of your path. We are true believers that everything happens for a reason and looking back, seeing how everything has fallen in to place, gives us a great feeling of Peace. We hope you find comfort in this and feel at ease as you get to know us and our life journey.
We have truly dreamed of being parents and we are ready to dedicate our lives to your child. Should you choose to place your child with us, they will know of their adoption and their birth parents from infancy and on as you have played a significant role in their life. We hope to have an open or semi-open adoption, if that is what you desire as well. We hope to get to know you, your values, and your favorites too!
