Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us. We are so amazed at the strength and courage you are showing by making this decision. We 
hope that this gives you some insight into our lives as you search for the best match for you. As parents, our goal will be to teach, to comfort, and to build up our children. Most importantly, we want you to know that we will love them unconditionally.
Our Story
We met online and started dating back in 2009. Scott’s sense of humor and big heart is what drew Jordan in initially and her wit and compassion caught his eye. Unfortunately, 5,000 miles separated them as he lived in England and she lived in Utah. We met in person for the first time in 2010 when Jordan convinced Scott that the best way to experience America for the first time was to go to California and visit Disneyland! Ever since, Disney and Disneyland have had a special place in our story and we went back to visit for our 10-year anniversary in 2019. The entire trip was filled with reminiscing on memories from our first visit and how excited we are to bring our children to Disneyland in the future and share our memories and create more.
We dated long distance, travelling back and forth and around the world for 5 years before Scott proposed and moved to Utah.

I have an optimistic and positive nature and consider myself a child at heart. I love Disney, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Marvel… I also love gaming, both video and board/card games, and reading. Writing this all out definitely highlights that I’m a bit of a nerd but it’s absolutely an accurate representation.
I also enjoy spending time with friends and family, especially in the outdoors. We BBQ, hike, camp, boat, and explore quite often during the summer with our two dogs and anyone we can convince to come with us.
I believe that education and authenticity are important values that I plan to teach our children.
More about Scott
I am hard-working and, like Jordan, a child at heart. I enjoy video games, reading, and anything I can build or design. If I find something that interests me, I like to learn everything I can about it. This is especially true for things I can do with my hands like construction and mechanics.
I also enjoy cooking and baking, especially when it comes to making foods from home and sharing them with my wife and friends/family here.
I believe that hard work and passion are important values that I plan to teach our children.
Our life, home, and family
We live in Utah in a rambler style house. Besides us, our house is home to our two dogs, cat, and chickens. Both of us work full time, although Jordan works mostly from home. Scott’s passion for construction and design means that we have become DIY-ers that visit home depot regularly for fun new projects both inside the house and out in our yard, which we spend as much time in as possible during the warm months.
Scott’s family still all live in England, although we speak and video chat with his siblings on a regular basis. Jordan’s family is primarily in Utah and we spend time with them regularly.
We have both come from less than ideal home-life situations as children and have worked hard to create a home for ourselves that is safe, warm, and happy. We keep the house filled with music, laughter, and fun, even if we’re just cleaning the kitchen (between dance breaks).

We are so excited to become parents. We have been trying to start a family for years but have struggled with infertility issues. Once we began exploring adoption as an option, we realized it was perfect for us. We know that the decision you are making is one of the most difficult to make but we hope to give you peace of mind that our child will be loved and cared for unconditionally.
We promise to be honest with them about how they joined our family and to be open to options for post-adoption contact. We promise to raise them to be confident and kind, open-minded and cultured, driven and enthusiastic. We promise they will always have a safe and happy place to call home and know without a doubt that they are loved and valued.
