We are Brittany and Joe, and we are so grateful for this consideration. 'Thank you!' just doesn't seem to illustrate the depth of our love and gratitude for you. Because you are considering this selfless act, we know you to be strong, loving, kind, and thoughtful. These are qualities we hope our future child will have too. We dream of being a family of four. We envision our children playing and learning together, as well as supporting and loving each other. We know they will become friends for life.
We met 8 years ago and there was an instant connection. We bonded over similar tastes in
books, movies, TV shows, and our love for travel. Joe had visited Japan multiple times and
Brittany had studied abroad in France and toured around Europe. We shared that passion with each other by visiting both countries, and we can't wait to bring our children back there too. We are also both close with our families and were completely embraced by each other's families from the beginning. Because of that instant bond and shared interests and values, we were married 3 years later. We immediately looked for a house near our parents and found one on a quiet cul-de-sac in the town Joe grew up in. It was our perfect 4 bedroom colonial home with a bedroom quickly designated to be the nursery, as we discovered we were pregnant with our son, Joey. Joey has always been a sweet, easy-going, friendly, and happy baby and now child. Despite his age, Joey has been planning to welcome his baby sibling home too. He often lists his family as 'Dada, Mama, Joey, and baby'. His teachers always remark how Joey is always smiling and happy. We always wanted to have two children and discussed adoption long before we got engaged.
When we lost the ability to have more children, we took it as a sign that we were meant for
