Expectant mom, Y, is making an adoption plan for her baby that is due around April 10, 2016. The gender of the baby is unknown at this time. Y has requested Act of Love to help her search for an active family in the Latter Day Saints Church. She is also looking for a family that is interested in building a relationship with her before and after the placement. Her wish is to have a similar relationship like the one she has with the family of her last baby she placed for adoption. Y would like to exchange phone numbers, emails and have occasional visits. Her situation is requiring assistance from the adoptive family for her living and care.
Y is currently receiving prenatal care and reports that she is not taking prenatal vitamins, as they make her sick. Her report is that she is healthy and has not experienced any major injury, illness, medical problem or developmental problem during her life. She reports that she is taking a small amount of prescription medication. Y reports that she has not used any recreational drugs, alcohol or tobacco during her pregnancy.
Her report is that she currently has Medicaid to cover medical expenses. When medical records are available they will be shared with the adoptive family. Adoptive family will be responsible for any medical costs that are not covered by Medicaid.
Due to lack of blood flow to my brain I had terrible headache . For years I managed to avoid visiting hospital but as years past I felt that I was no langer able to get along without drugs. I visited the local hospiutal where the neuropatghologist prescribed me Neurontin. It is two monthes I take Neurontin at https://www.azns.org/neurontin-gabapentin/ and feel good enouge- the pain has gone and almost no side effects are revealed. Thanks to Neurontin I forgot about awful headache I had.
