Act of Love Adoption Agency is helping birthparents C&C with making an adoption plan for their African American baby boy that is due December 30, 2012. Birthmom reports that she has not used any substances during the pregnancy including drugs, alcohol or tobacco. She reports that she is healthy, taking prenatal vitamins and that she began her prental care in the second trimester. Birthparents would like to meet the adoptive family and to have pictures and letters sent through the adoption agency.
