Birthmom G.S. is making an adoption plan for her African American baby girl due around September 10, 2012, in Georgia. Birthmom reports that she is healthy, uses tobacco and has had limited prenatal care. G.S. is looking for an adoptive family with other children and a stay-at-home mom.

Adoptive family should have an approved current home study and be ready to provide Act of Love with necessary paperwork.
