Expectant mom, G, is searching for an adoptive family with assistance from Act of Love Adoptions.  She seeks to make an adoption plan for her African American baby girl that is due around the middle of February 2016.   Currently, G’s only preference for an adoptive family is to have an open adoption with the adoptive family that she selects.  She would like to meet the adoptive family and receive letters and pictures periodically on the child’s birthday through the agency.

She reports an occasional glass of wine and smoking 2 to 3 cigarettes per week.  She denies the use of any other substances.  G states she began regular prenatal care in August 2015 and that she is taking prenatal vitamins.  Further health history and medical records are  available to adoptive families that are approved in the Outreach Program.  She reports that she currently has Medicaid.  Medicaid can not be guaranteed at the time of birth.  Her situation is requiring assistance with her living and care through the confinement period.

Home study approved families can apply for approval in the AOL Outreach program.  You may still contact AOL regarding programs if you are considering adoption and your home study is not completed.  Further information can be found on the Outreach page located on the AOL website at www.aactofloveadoptions.com under the adoptive family tab.  An outline of the  AOL requirements for the Outreach Program can also be found on the page, along with the AOL Application packet. To be considered for approval in the program, submit your completed Outreach application either by scanning and emailing it along with your approved (within 1 year) home study and birth parent profile to outreach@aactofloveadoptions.com. It is important to note that the AOL Outreach Program seeking adoptive families DOES NOT require fees until matched.  Following a match with birth parents, all applicable fees are due.

Call AOL staff Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MST at 1-888-767-7740 to answer any questions you have regarding adoption requirements and/or the process for the Outreach Program. You can also contact us anytime at outreach@aactofloveadoptions.com to get your questions answered. It would be our pleasure to address your adoption needs and help get you prepared to adopt.  It is also important to note that all Act of Love situations are presented to full-service adoptive families prior to presenting to Outreach adoptive families.

Act of Love Adoptions offers individual services to families and birth parents interested in completing an adoption plan, as well as agency assist and full adoption services.
