Birth parent R is searching for adoptive parents to adopt her baby girl due around March 7, 2016.  She has requested Act of Love Adoption Agency to continue searching to help her find the right family for her baby girl.  Birth mom reports that she is Hispanic and that birth father is African American.  R would like a family with children.  R is interested in an open adoption to include; meeting the adoptive family around birth and placement along with pictures and letters every 3-4 months during the child’s life.

R reports that she is healthy and free from any major medical illness or injuries.  She also reports that she is taking pre-natal vitamins and began her prenatal care the end of January 2016.  She reports that she has had an ultrasound.  R states that she does have a history of substance abuse and that she drank beer a few weekends about 3 months ago.  She also reports that she was smoking 3 cigarettes a day, but quit using tobacco 3 months ago.  Available medical records and health and social history information will be made available to approved Outreach families.  R states that she has Utah Medicaid and will need assistance with her pregnancy needs.

R is planning to review profiles as soon as they become available. If you are a home study ready family and would like your profile to be considered, please visit the Outreach page click for Outreach Information. The information on the Outreach page will help to provide instructions for approval and qualification in the AOL Outreach Program.  When you have completed the Application for Services, please scan and email completed packet along with your approved (within 1 year) home study, criminal and child abuse clearances and birth parent profile to outreach@aactofloveadoptions.com.  Arrangement for the minimal fee can be made with AOL staff.  There is no commitment in the Outreach Program until you are matched with a birth parent and  the minimal fee provides home study ready families several benefits. Please do not hesitate to call our staff and speak with an adoption professional.
