About: Jacob
I, Jacob, am a spunky, fun, positive, and energetic dad. I currently work as a bank Manager and have finished a masters degree in college. I am self-motivated and work to be successful. My greatest accomplishment, of course, is marrying my wonderful wife, Tiffany. I enjoy playing the piano and have played for several years. In my down time I like to do fun things with the family such as camping, bike rides, playing outdoor games, and eating wonderful food! My goal for my family is to provide for their every need and make sure that they can be successful. Ultimately, their happiness is my happiness. As you look into a father for your child, my one hope is that you see that I can and will provide a positive, steady and loving environment for the child to grow up in.

I, Tiffany, am a fun, nurturing, caring and loving stay at home mom. I have attended some college, but ultimately decided it was most important for my daughter’s growth to be able to stay home with her. I am interested in taking a career in the medical field or in social work, but ultimately want to place my family first and choose to stay at home with my daughter. I love to take on house projects such as painting walls and redesigning furniture. One of my favorite pass times is watching movies with my family.

About: Briella
Our daughter Briella is a hoot! She is an adventure junkie – looking for every possible way to enjoy the very moment she is in. She finds arts and crafts to be most enjoyable, as well as is learning to play the piano. Briella loves to ride bikes and do anything she can outside – especially when it involves getting dirty! A cool fact about Briella is that she is adopted! Briella is very excited to have another sibling and has encouraged us to adopt another child – just like how she was adopted!

About family: activities, pets, leisure
As a family, we love to travel. We recently made a fun trip to Disneyland, which has become a place that our family likes to go every couple of years. Disneyland has been a fun place for us to watch our daughter experience the magic; often making it more magical for us.
As a family, our favorite things to do together are to go on walks, ride bikes, go camping, travel, and have movie nights. We enjoy a lot of those things with our little dog, Abby. We like to joke that Abby is more of a human than she is a dog – she cuddles and lays on her back like a human, loves to be included and begs that we share our food with her.
As a family, we truly believe in having strong moral values. We strive to teach our daughter the importance of honesty, integrity, and doing what is right. We believe that it’s important to accept others for who they are and always be kind. We also focus on having a steady environment so that our family can grow together.
Our village
We know that raising a child takes more than the two of us. Our family has had support from extended family and friends in our journey. We try to make plans with our extended family as often as possible. You’ll often see us playing board games or card games, enjoying lots of delicious food, and being outdoors! Any activity we can do together becomes a fun activity because we love to be around each other.

Our Adoption Story
Many things have led us on our journey towards adoption. When Tiffany was in high school, she took on the responsibility of being a mom to Briella. After we dated through high school, we decided to get married and knew that our family wasn’t complete without Briella.
When we first adopted our daughter Briella, we had a feeling that she wouldn’t be the only child that we would adopt within our lifetime; we have always felt that we would adopt again. This feeling has been confirmed by our struggles to naturally grow our family. We have struggled with getting pregnant for several years now and have tried several times through medicine to help us get pregnant. The struggle of infertility has been difficult for us but has taught us many lessons and helped us realize several important things. First, we have realized that we are so grateful for the family that we do have. We have grown a greater love for each other as we have had to hold each other in our arms after heartbreak and sorrow. Along with this, we have grown a greater love for our daughter and what she brings to our family.

What does adoption look like with us?
We plan to have your child to be a full part of our family. Our family is already unique with an adoption, and we feel that your child will continue to add to our unique, wonderful family.
We look forward to the opportunity to connect with you now and in the future but respect your boundaries as well.
We understand that it takes a lot of courage to make this decision. We recognize that every situation is different and that your situation is unique to you. We appreciate so much that you have considered adoption and for thinking about the needs of your child. We wish you the best in your decision that you can find peace and comfort.
