To our Greatest Hero,
We are blessed enough to ensure that one parent will always be a stay at home parent. We were fortunate enough to always have parents who were not tired from work. We knew we could turn to them at any age for guidance, advice and hugs. We both want the opportunity to spend as much time raising our children as possible.
We are world travelers and currently living in a small, prosperous, first world country in Asia called Singapore. This experience is allowing us to explore the other side of the world until the end of 2020 or potentially sooner due to the current situation, when we return to Canada. Although we are dual citizens (USA-Canada), here’s why we choose to live in Canada; every person is treated the same no matter the color of their skin, their economic background, whether they are healthy or sick, naturally smart or need extra help. Yes, we pay into this system with our high taxes (lol).
We can promise you with no doubts that your child will have a true opportunity to thrive with clean air & water, top notch healthcare, all of the educational opportunities imaginable and of course the mountains of love we will give them every single day. We understand you are far from Canada. This is nothing that can’t be addressed by modern technology and a short airplane ride. We also have plenty of family in the States that is ever growing.
We knew early on we wanted to grow old and get wrinkly together. At our wedding, Eden’s sister announced in her speech that Adam is the Ying to her Yang which sums us up well. Eden can get over excited at times and Adam is her calming sense of tranquility. Eden pushes Adam to try new things, take risks, and go places he would have never gone.
Eden comes from a blended and multicultural family of 8 siblings and both her parents were adopted. Although her family is both American and Canadian, they grew up in Canada. In Canada multicultural (aka trans-racial) families are common and therefore her parents decided to stay in Canada. We are sharing this because we want you to know your child will have all the love and support in the world no matter where they come from or who they turn out to be.
It pays off to be a geek!!
Adam has a very cool job he builds and repairs airports. Because there are less than 50 people in the world who are specialized engineers of civil and aerodrome, he basically gets to choose which projects he wants to take on. With this freedom we can raise our future family in Canada, the US or almost anywhere in the world. We also believe children need stability therefore this will be considered when choosing projects.

Open adoption for us includes text, Skype or Whatsapp calls, pictures, videos and visits. We’d love to have you in our lives but we also believe the choice is completely yours, we will love you and be grateful for the gift of a child.
We promise the baby you bring into this world will constantly have our love, support and encouragement and will be exposed to different cultures, experiences and have God in their life. You can expect your child will receive an excellent education and will be afforded the opportunity to pursue their interests including whatever special abilities and talents they may have.
You will always be in our hearts and our sweet child will know his/her history and the special way they came into this world. We will forever remember our bond with you and always be grateful that you chose us to be parents.
We have an overflowing amount of love to give your child and an infinite amount of happiness to share. We sincerely appreciate you for taking the time to see a glimpse into our love of the out-doors, fun-filled, sometimes kooky family life.
