Dear Birth Parent,
Thank you for taking the time to get to know us. We know this journey is very difficult for you and can only imagine the amount of courage it takes to make this decision. We know you want a safe and loving home for your child and an environment where they will have the opportunity to thrive. We promise to provide all of that and more, honor their story, and help them develop and grow every step of the way.
We met twelve years ago and have been inseparable ever since. We have a wonderful and fulfilling relationship and are looking forward to expanding our family through adoption. We are each other’s best friend and truly complement one another’s personalities. Rachel is always so caring towards others and can manage any challenge. Dan has a quick witted sense of humor and has such patience. We enjoy traveling together, spending time with friends and family, or sometimes just staying home and watching our favorite show together.
Our community, friends and family are diverse and we have a strong support system. Our career paths have allowed us to see the world and interact with all kinds of people. We deeply care about others and value service to the community. We promise to raise your child in a home where they can be themselves and feel supported as they go through life.
We hope that we can ease your peace of mind knowing that we will care for and raise your child in a loving and nurturing home. We can't imagine how hard this must be and are grateful that you are considering us to be your adoptive family.
