More about our family!

We like to take our kids on fun trips one on one. In this picture, Steve took our oldest son, Steve, to a St. Louis Cardinals baseball game. We think it is really important that each child gets to do things that they enjoy with a parent one on one so that all the focus is on them.

Our kids really enjoy performing and have been cast in several plays at our local community college including; It’s a Wonderful Life, Alice in Wonderland, Annie and Mary Poppins.

Steve and I think that our relationship needs to be a priority so we like to go on weekly dates to stay connected and it gives us time to discuss what is going on in our kids’ lives as well.

One activity we like doing together during the summer is going to the rodeo. Living in a small town, we get lots of opportunities to go and check out cowboys and cowgirls from around the country, and our kids love to see all the animals.

We also enjoy volunteering in our kids’ classrooms at school and having lunch with them and their peers so we can stay connected to their school environment.

We live in a spacious 6 bedroom 5 bathroom house that gives our kids lots to explore and gives us a lot of room to run around and play as a family. We also have a teacup poodle named Wallie who keeps our family entertained and provides us with lots of puppy snuggles.
