Birthmom, B.T., is making an adoption plan for her healthy African American baby girl that was born on May 24, 2012. B.T. reports that she began prenatal care in the second trimester and used tobacco during the pregnancy. B.T.’s preference is for an African American or Bi-racial family to adopt her baby girl.
