Birthparents, V&R, are making an adoption plan for their African American/Caucasian baby girl that is due around January 27, 2013. They are looking for an adoptive family that loves music, spending time together as a family, and willing to meet them around placement with pictures and letters to follow sent through Act of Love Adoptions. Birthparents report that they are healthy with no reported use of alcohol, tobacco or substance use.
