Birthmom, C.T., is making an adoption plan for her African American baby due around December 13, 2012. C.T. reports that she is healthy with no use of alcohol, tobacco, and substance use. She would like a family that she can begin building a relationship with prior to the birth with letters and pictures to follow Act of Love Adoptions.
