These are situations our team is currently working with. All contact with a birth mother is mediated through your case manager, situations are not contacted directly. Details are limited to protect privacy.

What “Situation” Means
A “situation” is a birth mother who is actively working with A Act of Love. Some are pre-birth, some are at the hospital, some are post-birth. Each is matched thoughtfully with the right family.
How to Be Considered
Approved adoptive families are presented through their case manager. If you are not yet home-study approved, apply to begin the process.

How We Keep This List Ethical
- Privacy first. No names, photos, ages, or identifying details. Only what the birth mother has agreed to share publicly.
- Counselor-mediated only. Adoptive families do not contact birth mothers directly. Everything goes through your case manager.
- No pressure on the birth mother. Every birth mother can pause, change her plan, or withdraw at any time before consent.
- No promises about matches. Being listed here does not commit anyone to a placement.
- Compliance. We operate as a licensed non-profit adoption agency in Utah, in compliance with state law.
