Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about us, and for your consideration as you make this poignant decision in life. We hope that after reading this letter and looking at our pictures, you will be able to feel the love we have for each other, our family, and our future child. We are so excited to become parents, and to welcome a child into our lives.
A little bit about us … Seth is the life of the party, he is outgoing, genuine and keeps everyone laughing. During the day he works as a diesel technician focusing on heavy line equipment, and in his spare time he enjoys working on his own project cars, camping, fishing, and a good Marvel movie/comic book. Seth is a loyal, hardworking man, qualities that he will undoubtedly instill in your child through example.
Loran is an energetic, easy going person who laughs at her own jokes. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, with an emphasis in Family Studies, and has been working as an event coordinator for most of her professional career. However, with the prospect of a family becoming a reality, she doesn’t want to keep working long hours, nights, and weekends. Instead, she recently earned her license to teach. Excited about finding a new purpose in her work with children, and having the summer free to spend with her family, she is looking forward to working as an elementary school teacher.
We are thankful to be surrounded by family and friends that support us, care for us, and who are beyond excited for our plans to adopt. We have been blessed with nieces and nephews, but no children of our own. We are looking forward to all the special memories we will share with your little one, and a lifetime bond between not only the child we share, but with you as well. Neither of us can wait to experience our favorite things with your child. Do you think they will enjoy camping, fishing, and binge-watching movies with us?
As a couple, we want you to know how much respect and admiration we feel for you already. The two of us will never be able to fathom what an arduous time in life this must be for you. Please know that you are constantly in our thoughts and we pray for you daily, that you will have the strength and courage you need.
It is important for you to know that we plan to teach your child who their birth parents are, about their culture, and that they have four loving parents who want nothing but the best for them. Please know that we are willing, if you are, to share emails, videos, and pictures throughout the coming years to reassure you that your baby is happy and healthy. We are not perfect, but we promise that we will love your child unconditionally and do our very best to raise them to be the kind of person who would make you proud.
