Birth parents are making an adoption plan for their Caucasian baby girl born August 23, 2012, in Arizona. Baby girl was born at 36 weeks, drug exposed and currently in NICU. Birth parents are wishing for pictures and letters to be exchanged from the adoptive family through Act of Love Adoption Agency. Adoptive family should be prepared to submit current within one year, signed, notarized home study, current license from home study agency, current within one year criminal and child abuse clearances, birth parent letter and profile to be shown to birth parents, all required Act of Love paperwork and have finances ready for adoption. Act of Love staff will begin contacting adoptive families on Monday, August 27, 2012.
