What You'll Need to Get Started
To join the Outreach Program, you'll provide:
- Completed application form
- Options and Choices form
- Consumer Rights notification
- A current, notarized home study (completed within the past year)
- State and FBI background checks
- A short family synopsis (about 300 words)
- Your birth parent letter (three printed copies)
Once we review and approve your application, we share current adoption situations with you. When you match, you move into full-service support, and your counselor walks you through fees and next steps, always provided to you in writing.
