Thank you for taking the time to read our profile. We are very excited to share our story with you and are equally excited to get to know you! We are firm believers that everything happens for a reason, and whatever that reason may be, it brought you to us and us to you. We admire your courage and strength. We are here to support you along the way, and we truly hope to be the best adoptive parents to your child.
We are Sean and Steven. We met six years ago, have been happily married for a little over three years now, and call the Midwest home. We are loving pup parents to Penny, a 2‐year‐old coonhound mix.
When it comes to adoption, we are incredibly excited and honored to share this journey with you. As a gay couple, we know the challenges we face are quite different. We know that any child we adopt is going to know early on that having two dads is unique. It’s easy for us to welcome an open adoption and hope to keep in contact with you throughout your child’s life if you choose.
We can't wait to share stories with you about rushing to catch the ice cream truck, riding bikes together, trimming tiny toenails, being called to the principal’s office, rocking them to sleep, going for donuts on Sunday morning, reading stories at bedtime, teaching them to catch and so many more adventures.
