Dear Birth Mom,
Thank you for making this decision to place your child for adoption- and for considering placing him or her with us. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this life changing and difficult decision.
Without you, our dream of becoming parents together could not happen. Our lives are an open book– any questions you may have please ask. If you choose us, we want you to know that we will love and protect your precious gift for the rest of our lives. This baby will have five loving siblings, and a loving extended family. We will support them in becoming who they want to be and help them follow their dreams. They will be raised in a safe and secure environment.
From day one we will share with them how they came into our lives – they will always know their story, and know that you made this decision out of love. Being an interracial couple, we will have the unique capability to give a child love, support, understanding and guidance when it comes to race.
Our home is filled with love, laughter and kindness. We hope our family is the perfect fit for you. And even though we have not met, we are grateful for you and for what you are about to do.
