Dear Expectant Parents,
We just want to take a moment to thank you – for your strength, courage, bravery, and selflessness in this journey to adoption. We want you to know how much we admire you for pursuing this option. We are truly grateful and humbled that you are considering us. We promise to love your child unconditionally, to always have their best interest at heart, to protect them and nurture them, and to let them know just how very loved they are.
Our Story:
We both work at the same area of employment. We started dating in 2016 and have spent every day together since! We knew from the moment we met that this was going to be our “forever story.” We were married on September 21, 2019…. we survived our first year of marriage in a pandemic with countless smiles, an overabundance of love, endless amount of laughter and lots of television!
We live in a small town with our Yorkshire Terrier pup, Finley. He can’t wait to have a brother or sister to play with! We enjoy traveling and look forward to our beach trips every year. Family gatherings, making raviolis, picking out and cutting down our Christmas tree each year are some of our favorite traditions! We can’t wait to share our unconditional love, laughter, and traditions with your child!
Jaime through Josh’s Eyes:
Jaime is strong, talented, and kind. Jaime is extremely outgoing and kind-hearted. She would give the shirt off her back if it would help someone in need. She is kind and loving. She makes birthdays and holidays extra special for us. Jaime is the one that always comes up with great ideas for us. She has gotten me out of my comfort zone with certain things in life and I couldn’t be happier. She is extremely talented when it comes to arts and crafts. She makes the house our home. I know that I found my soul mate, she completes me. I truly mean it when I say I would be lost without her and I know she will make an excellent mother.
Josh through Jaime’s Eyes:
Josh is one of the kindest souls you will ever meet. He always puts everyone’s needs before his own. He is my rock and he never ceases to amaze me. He is patient, kind, loving, and hard-working. He’s loyal and honest. He is an amazing husband, friend, teacher, coach, mentor, and the best dog dad around! He loves to listen to and play music. He is so talented! I know he will make an amazing dad. If I ever doubt myself or get discouraged, he is always there. I love him with my whole heart and can’t imagine my life without him. The bond we share is truly a gift.
We want to take a moment to say we cannot adequately express how much we respect you and this courageous decision you are making for your child. We are so excited to become parents and welcome a child into our hearts and home.
